About Us

Welcome to Sommerall Website!

The Sommerall Homeowners Association Board is made up of 5 directors elected at the annual homeowners meeting held in January.  Each director is elected to serve a two-year term and is charged with the duties outlined in the Amended By-Laws of  Sommerall Homeowners, Inc. By-Laws (Article IV, Section 2) that is provided to every homeowner who purchases a home in our community. The board oversees all the architectural requests, capitol projects, budget, and works with Sterling Association Management Company  on the overall maintenance of the common properties.

The 5 member board oversee the needs of the 1170 households and common areas in the Sommerall community.  Although the directors are elected,  it is a non-paid voluntary position and requires commitment and time. The HOA Board meets on the third Tuesday of every month starting at 7:00 PM at the Stone Creek Clubhouse (6722 Spring Creek across 529).  All residents are encouraged to attend these meetings, meet board members and observe the proceedings.  If you wish to address the board personally we ask that you contact Sterling Management and be placed on the agenda.  This helps assure timely management of the meetings and respect for those already on the agenda.  We are here and want to address your concerns in a timely manner.  Board members and the management company can be reached via email at servicedesk@sterlingasi.com.  All board members receive this email and Sterling management responds on their behalf.

Please contact Sterling Association Services Inc. for any of your association needs.

Security Services

The Sommerall HOA has contracted with two organizations to provide security patrol in our neighborhood. A deputy from the Harris County Sheriff's Office is assigned to Sommerall and is our primary security provider. Our deputy will be in uniform and will drive a marked police vehicle. ALL REQUESTS FOR ASSISTANCE and ALL CRIMINAL ACTS MUST be reported to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. For emergencies CALL 911 immediately. If the request is not an emergency call the Harris County Sheriff's Office non-emergency dispatch number at 713-221-6000.
We also have a contract with a private security company - On-Site Protection. These officers are commissioned which means they are armed. They drive private vehicles with a magnetic sign that reads “On-Site Protection”. While we appreciate the work these officers do for us and we appreciate the relationships they have formed with our residents, they are not a replacement for the Harris County Sheriff's Department. All criminal activities, suspicious activities, and requests for assessment must be placed to the Harris County Sheriff's Office at the above numbers.
