Before making any exterior improvements/modifications (including roof work and painting) to your home, you must submit the signed Exterior Improvement Application to the Sommerall Architectural Committee for review. The application will be returned to you either approved or denied within 30 days of receiving all required information.  If approved, work may commence immediately. If not approved, work may not commence, but you can request a hearing before the committee to explore different options concerning your improvement project.

 

Sommerall has an approved Exterior Paint Palette please submit completed application with sample of color choice/s. Please be aware the colors attached may not convey the actual color, you can obtain a color palette from Sherwin Williams located at 5814 Highway 6 North( 281-859-7437)  and Roof Shingles, And have contractor fill out Roof spec sheet Please submit contractor specifications  sheet and sample of shingle along with completed application.Roof form must be filled out along with the application.
