Pool Access System
Sommerall uses an electronic gate system to access the community pool. Homeowners dues must be paid in full before an access card is activated. Card(s) will be deactivated if you are not in good standing. Policies concerning access to the pool can be obtained by downloading:

IMPORTANT:
Drivers license will be required when you pick up your access card. If you rent your home, you must bring a utility bill that shows your name and address or provide a written consent from your landlord allowing you to obtain an access card. Landlord must be in good standing.
All rules must be observed.
If you loose your card please complete the registration form along with a $50 money order or check payable to Sommerall HOA for a replacement card.
